Shot Review
The firing line stays a target and a wind control. Shot Review is where that session becomes a record: where the holes landed, what the air was doing, and whether the shot is worth practicing again.

Practice in Shot Examiner
Suggested from this range session. Shot Examiner opens the closest custom scenario.
Numbered marks are the impacts you tapped, in the order you recorded them. The arrow sits where it sits in the app: this wind is from 9 o’clock, so it blows toward 3.
Integrated weather
With location allowed, the session reads temperature, pressure, humidity, elevation, and the station wind, then writes density altitude when those readings are credible. The wind control on the firing line is the wind at your bench. Change the speed and the clock direction between shots. The review keeps the wind you entered, and the station wind beside it.
Your target, measured
A session starts on a bullseye or a rectangle, with a width in inches. A photograph can follow: two marks a known distance apart set the scale, then the point of aim, then each hole. Estimated, photo-measured, and confirmed marks stay distinct. A hole that exists only on the photo has no shot number. Extreme spread is the center-to-center distance between the two farthest impacts, in inches and in MOA.
The analysis
The review names the setup, the impacts, the rounds fired, the extreme spread, and the group center in MOA right and up. Weather is written in the same line as the group. If the weather never loaded, the review says that weather was not recorded. Swipe from the drawn target to each target photo saved with the session.
Practice that shot
Practice in Shot Examiner appears when the group center is more than 0.4 MOA left or right, or the wind you entered is 5 mph or more. The handoff carries the yardage, the wind speed, and the clock direction, and opens the closest custom scenario on the same account.

- Undo the last shot while the session is open. On the review, remove a shot or clear every shot, then tap the target and record it again. Remove photo measurements to drop holes marked on a photo and keep the shots. Swipe to a target photo to remove that photo.
- The rifle, optic, and load stay the setup from that session. Editing the locker later leaves the recorded session as it was shot.
- The phone keeps the session without service. It syncs when you are signed in and connected.
What Pro adds to the review.
The session you just finished is part of Range Examiner. Pro is the longer view, and help finding holes on a photograph.
Pro · Across sessions
Across 5 comparable groups, average extreme spread decreased from 1.4 to 1.1 MOA.
Comparable means the same setup and the same distance band. With fewer than three ended sessions in that band, the line is “More comparable groups are needed.”
Pro · The photograph
Find holes proposes marks on the target photo. You choose which holes belong on the record.
Saving confirmed holes can move a matching tap onto the photograph and label that impact photo measured. You can place every hole by hand. A share card of the session is part of Pro.
The Examiner Shooting System.
One shot profile.
Shot Examiner, Range Examiner, and Hunt Examiner are the Examiner Shooting System. Train the decision, prove it with live fire, and record what the field presented. Each app still does its own job.
Examiner Shot Profile, ESP, is the connection across those three apps. Sign in once. The gear locker is the same rifle, optic, and load wherever you open it. Range Examiner writes the live-fire summary into that profile: distances, group measures, sample size, and dates. Shot Examiner can open a practice scenario from a range session. Hunt Examiner can read that short range record next to a field decision. Target photos stay in Range Examiner.
